He works closely with producers, employees, and customers to strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of South Africa’s fruit processing industry.
Edwin has extensive leadership experience across the food processing and agricultural sectors, including senior commercial and operational roles in export-focused manufacturing businesses. His career has focused on building internationally competitive agri-processing organisations and expanding global market access.

Adriaan has extensive experience in financial leadership within manufacturing and agri- processing environments, supporting complex operations and international trade. He brings proven expertise in corporate restructuring, business turnaround execution, and driving scalable growth.

Deon van Zyl is Chief Operating Officer of Langeberg Foods and is responsible for manufacturing operations, supply chain performance, and production across the company’s processing facilities. Deon has extensive experience in food manufacturing and large-scale processing operations, with a strong focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and supply chain optimisation. His leadership ensures that Langeberg Foods maintains world-class manufacturing standards while supporting global market growth.
John Uys
Commercial Executive

John Uys is Commercial Executive at Langeberg Foods, where he leads sales, customer partnerships, local and international market development. He is responsible for expanding the company’s presence across retail, foodservice, and industrial markets worldwide, as well as the implementation and management of its outbound logistics strategy.
John has built his career in FMCG and agricultural exports, working extensively across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and emerging markets. His expertise includes route-to-market strategy, global account management, and value-chain partnerships that connect agricultural producers with customers across the globe.
